It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Briggs of Reisterstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jenkins and Barbara Matilda Wagner; her husband Lloyd "Dutch" Oliver Briggs, Jr.; and her siblings, James, Hilary, Donald and Jennette.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Edward Briggs (Rose), Kenneth Thomas Briggs (Jackie), Theresa Ann Briggs and Richard Lloyd Briggs (Tara). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
