She was predeceased by: her parents, Adina Mattadeen and Alfred Mattadeen; and her husband Ezekiel Smith. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittany Maddix, Dr. Bridgett Provost, Jermaine Provost and Sheldon Provost; her great grandchildren, Annalise Smith and Naomi Smith; her sister Christina Davis; and her niece Angela Davis. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
