He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Jake (Jay), Jordan (Kassidy), Ryan (Virginia), Tyler, Dylan, Lila and Juliette; and his great grandchild Jack.
He is survived by: his spouse Goldie Brody; and his children, Jeffrey (late Lyse), Fred (Elizabeth) and Robyn (late Stephen).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jeffrey Brody Endowed Lectureship Fund [give.unc.edu] A graveside funeral will take place at Baltimore Hebrew's Berrymans Lane Cemetery, 2 p.m. October 6.
