It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith S. Spires of Reisterstown, Maryland, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice M. Seamans and Roy D. Seamans; and her sister Janet Slutter. She is also survived by many great nieces and one great nephew.
