He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Frances Marie Herbert; his stepfather James Henrickson; and his brother Francis Barrett Herbert (Barry). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Herbert; his children, Patrick (Samantha) and Candice Herbert; his grandchildren, Kate and Ryan Herbert; and his sister Geraldine Nickerson.
