She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Elliott (Reeves) and James V. Elliott; her husband James E. "Jim" Taylor; her son Lonnie Groves; and her sister Nancy Ponn.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa L. Mitchell (Gary); her brother James C. Elliott; and her grandchildren, Jeannie and James Mitchell. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
