She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond Kagle and Bertha Luella Schaefer Kagle; her husband George Eugene Bowers; and her sister Doris Luella Kagle. She is survived by: her son Scott R. Bowers of Reisterstown, MD; and her sister Anne K. Gratz.
