He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lorraine, Joseph Jachman, Myra and Arnold Schaftel; and his pets, Abby and Roxy.
He is survived by: his parents, Francine Schaftel and Louis Schaftel (Beth Kressman); his brother Noah Schaftel; and his aunts and uncles, Pat Herling (Brad), Susan Yurow (Scott), Ira Jachman, Sandy Teitelbaum (Michael), Randy Jachman (Judi) and Mindy Fang (David). He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Arlington Chizuk Amuno Cemetery (4300 N Rogers Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215).
