He is survived by: his wife Sharon Elizabeth Topper (Effinger); his pet Holly; his daughters-in-law, Lisa Topper of Glenville, PA, Dean and Carol Topper of Reisterstown, MD; his granddaughters, Lisa, Casey, Danielle and Haley; his great grandchild Prestyn; and his siblings, Vivian Cavacos, Ron Topper, Arlene Topper, Phyllis Kreller, Wayne Topper, Gary Topper and Tony Topper.
