Norman E. Larue Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman E. Larue of Rawlings, Maryland, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis LaRue and Mabel LaRue (Sheetz); his sons, Matthew and Daniel LaRue; and his siblings, Cliff, Eugene LaRue and Donna Flick.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. "Maggie" LaRue (Coffman); his children, Joel LaRue of Flintstone, MD, James "Chris" LaRue (Julie) of Duncannon, PA and Julie Dentinger (Shane) of Hawaii; and his daughter-in-law Janice LaRue of Beaver, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, visitation will be private for the family A public graveside service will be conducted at the Philos Cemetery, Westernport, MD on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 11:00 a. m. with Pastor Dan Biser officiating. Those attending are asked to please assemble at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Tuesday by 10:30 a. m. and are reminded that face masks and the observance of all social distancing guidelines are required.
