She was predeceased by: her parent Glenn Starcher; and her husband Gene E. Thrasher. She is survived by: her parent Freda Norman (Stemple); her children, Sabrina Kidd-Bryan (Shaun Bryan), Michael Leek (Amanda), Rawlings Householder, Jason Householder (Stacy) and Bel Air; her grandchildren, Dayne, Micah, Sebastian, Halie, Mandy, Madison, Alex, Jacob, Jason, Chloe and Pipper; and also Hagerstown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Linda's name may be made to the Allegany County Animal Shelter, 716 Furnace St., Cumberland, MD 21502.
