He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hout and Ella Hout (Goble); and his sister Diane Greene. He is survived by: his wife Debra Hout (Plummer); and his siblings, Barbara Thomas, Carol Kosina, Phyllis Hout and Paul Hout. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scarpelli Funeral Home (15205 McMullen Hwy SW, Cresaptown, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
