He was predeceased by: his grandfather John W. Dever. He is survived by: his parents, Valerie Helbig and Michael Dever; his son Jase Dever; his brother Braden Dever (Chelsie); his grandparents, Fred Helbig (Beverly), Patricia Helbig and Vickie Dever; his aunts, Rebecca Helbig and Melody Helbig; his nephew Jaylin Dever; his niece Willow Dever; his cousins, Alyssa, Amanda Nolan and Maggie Helbig; his great-aunts, Sandy Dewitt and Patty; and his uncle Douge Helbig.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in Blake's memory for his son or to the Reflection House.
