It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tempie Loretta Bulls of Randallstown, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodger S. Mills, Sr. and Railroad; and her siblings, Reathella Ann Steele (Ulysses Steele), Sue Mills, Clementine Henson (William T. Henson), Juanita Lewis (Richard Lewis), Rodger S. Mills, Jr. and James Floyd Mills.
She is survived by: her parent-in-law Tempie Snow; her husband Raymond L. Bulls; her sons, Raymond A. Bulls (Danielle) and Rodney L. Bulls (Janelle); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Logan, Rodney, Jr., Malcolm and Renard; her great grandchildren, Rain, Miyanne, Teresa, Georgia and Alonna; and her sister Ruby Mills. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
