He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Shinski and Bernadette Elizabeth Shinski; and his sons, James Shinski and Michael D. Fox. He is survived by: his significant other Helen Fox; and his children, Charles J. Shinski (Becky), Rosemarie Bryan (Larry Bard), Billy Shinski (Gloria) and Bonnie M. Russell (Anthony). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Eline Funeral Home (11824 Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown, MD 21136). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Lake View Memorial Park (2724 Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784).
