He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise L Brooks; his son Harold R. Brooks II (Randy); his child-in-law Erin B. Brooks; and his grandchildren, Samantha R. Brooks and Owen R. Brooks.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Eline Funeral Home (11824 Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown, MD 21136). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
