He is survived by: his children, Doris Kenney of Owings Mill, Francis James, Jr. (Denise) and Grace (James Shaw) of Millers, MD.; his grandson Robby Kenney of Owings Mills, Dear; and his siblings, Theola Dolly Mann, Robert James, Richard James and Evelyn Musselman.
