He is survived by: his parents, Mary Gasque and James Moore, Sr.; and his son Chas Wright.

A reception was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Vaughn Greene Chapel (8728 Liberty Rd, Randallstown, MD 21133). A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the King Memorial Park (8710 Dogwood Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244).
