She was predeceased by: her husband David Levy; her son William Levy; and her parents, Celia Stein and Albert Stein. She is survived by: her son Jerome Levy (Claire); her grandchildren, Michael Levy (Darcy) and Casey Levy; and her cousin Richard Poloway.
