He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Capel and Katie Capel; his daughter Stephanie Lynn Fallon-Zlatos; his parents-in-law, Sam Patrick and Doris Perkins; and his brother-in-law Bobby Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Patrick; his grandsons, Sam Fallon (Katie) and Elijah Fallon (Misato); his sisters, Mary B. Carter (Charles Sr.) and Emily C. Meintzer (Mark); his nephew Jonathan Perkins (Jamie); and his niece Billie Jo Carter Kneps (Carl). He is also survived by feline companion "Miss Kitty", and many friends, cousins.
