He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father D. C. of Washington; his wife Wilhelmina Pierce; his close friend Marge Jordan; his mother Jacqueline O'Malley; his sister Betty Lou Talbot; his grandson Russel Rowe III; and his son-in-law Jim Ritenour. He was also cherished by Eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
