Seals of Port Chester, NY; his siblings, Michele Bratcher White of Los Angeles, CA, Emily Winchester of Sudlersville, MD, Julia Harris of Easton, MD, Delores Bratcher of Wilmington, DE, Arthur Lomax (Tyrone) of Middletown, NY, Mark Lomax (Anthony) of Port Chester, NY and Timmy Bratcher of Centreville, MD; his nieces and nephews, Maya White of Los Angeles, CA, Lisa Harris of Easton, MD, Russell Winchester Jr. (Dana) of Aberdeen, MD, Austin White of Los Angeles, CA and Eric Lomax of Wilmington, DE; his sister Dionne Warrick; his nieces and nephews, Shaye (Jenny), Keya and Keen; his grandchildren, Jackie Warrick, Diamond and Ricka; his nephew Tony Thornton of Wilmington, DE; and his niece Charmaine Clark (Terry) of Newark, DE. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews and cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Due to COVID restrictions a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
