It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Sherman O'Brien (Queenstown, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Teresa Lawrence and Margaret Lawrence; and his grandparents, William Murdoch and Leona Murdoch. He is survived by: his son Conor Patrick O'Brien; his wife Clare O'Brien; his children, Heather O'Brien Dhue of Goldsboro and Brendan Patrick O'Brien of Easton; his grandsons, Liam Mc O'Brien of St. Michaels, Gordon S. Dhue and Andrew R. Dhue; his son-in-law Wayne C Dhue of Goldsboro; his siblings-in-law, Barbara L. Cosden of Whiteford and Edward G Keller of Halethorpe; and his parents, Marian S. O'Brien and Brendan Michael O'Brien. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. O'Brien requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the MCL Detachment, P.O. Box 847, Centreville, MD 21617; Compass Regional Hospice, 160 Coursevall Drive, Centreville, MD 21617; or a mass card may be obtained at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, Centreville, MD.
