He was predeceased by: his father Donald Ray Staley, Sr. of Frederick. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Mae Carmack of Woodbridge, VA.; his wife Shannon Staley of Queenstown; his children, Jason Staley and Kathryn Staley; and his brothers, Donald "Don" Ray Staley Jr. (Carey) of Orlando, Doug Staley (Melissa) of Hedgesville and Michael "Mike" Staley (Debbie) of Woodbridge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
