With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Geraldine Carpenter of Queen Anne, Maryland, born in Easton, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Al Hart and Myrtle Pinkney; her husband John H. Carpenter; and her siblings, Rita Pinkney, Zeke Pinkney and Winfield Pinkney.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Demby Pinkney of Denton, MD; her grandsons, Reginald Carpenter (Shonte) of Queen Anne, Jonathan S. Carpenter (Latosha) of Clinton, MD and John H. Carpenter, Jr. (Tamikka) of Wendell, NC; and her siblings, Murcey Dean Tyler, Robert Pinkney and Mitchell Pinkney. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
