He is survived by: his children, Kim Maddox (Russell) of Eden, Tanya Smith of Salisbury, Iris Jarmon (Al) of Pittsville, Daniel Church and Charles Church of Salisbury, Maryland.; and his grandchildren, Chris Handy (Sarah), Dawn Horne (Jayr), Chanel Handy, William Smith (Bria), Harvey Smith III, Stephen Smith, Marco Church (Destyni), Tyler Jarmon (Shante), Kamri Church, Charles Church Jr. and Taylor Church. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
