It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen White Phillips of Quantico, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas White and Charlotte White. She is survived by: her husband William C. Phillips of Quantico; her daughters, Wendi Ward of Salisbury, Jenni Vizard (Mike) of Salisbury and Amy McKnight (Jeff) of Heath, Texas; and her sisters, Sandra Wharton (Bruce) of Salisbury, Tina Devonald (Frank) of Ocean View, Delaware and Becky O'Neill (Jack) of Smyrna, Georgia.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
