He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Toulson and Harold Lankford Porter; and his wife Susan Briele Porter. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Porter Willing (Frank Willing) of Salisbury and Amanda Briele (Porter) of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Tyler Toulson Mumford, Alec Porter Willing and Frankie Isabelle Willing; and his sister Marlene Porter Rinnier (Bill Rinnier).
