He is survived by: his wife Anne (Kostenbader); his children, Joel Hahn (Lesley Bishop) of Seaford and Erin Hahn (Josef Behling) of Mount Airy, Maryland; his grandchildren, Rowan Renshaw (Cole), Caleb Hahn (Kaitlyn Adkins), Anna Hahn Villa, Thalia, Edelina, Jasen and Madelyn Behling; and his great grandchild Waylon Jeffrey.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Humane Society of Wicomico County or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital in Jeffrey's memory.
