It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Mitchell (Quantico, Maryland), born in Hebron, Maryland, who passed away on April 13, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Ennis; her stepchildren, Carolyn Frisby, Frances Brisco, Michelle Acededo (Orlando) and Joshua J. Mitchell, Jr.; her sister Gloria Price Watson; and her sisters-in-law, Aline Ennis, Phyllis Jamison (Richard) and Genevieve B. Jones.
