He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Burke and Eva Warnick Burke (NM). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lee Davis of Street, Maryland.; his children, Thomas A. Burke III (Myong), Irene Yeakel (William) and Mary Collins (Scott); his foster son Khamsith Phimmasone (Bouason); his grandchildren, William Collins (Madeline "Della"), John Collins (Hillary), Christopher and Vanissa Phimmasone; and his great grandchildren, Theodore Collins, Gwendolyn Collins and Charlotte Collins.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's of the Assumption Church (1021 St Marys Rd, Pylesville, MD 21132).
