He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Armstrong and Marie Armstrong; and his siblings, Grover Taylor, Curtis Taylor, Leroy Taylor, Michael Taylor, Theodore Lewis, Mildred Chisum, Virginia Tull, Doris Schoolfield and Sadie Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Latoya Copes of Salisbury, MD, Antoinette Copes of Salisbury, MD and Antonio Cropper of Pocomoke City, MD; his siblings, John Taylor of Pennsauken, NJ, Sidney Taylor (Tammy) of New Church, VA, Gloria Taylor of Sicklerville, NJ, Ethel Thornton (Cornelius) of Pocomoke, MD and Lela Taylor of New Church, VA; and his close friend Rosemary Davis of Princess Anne, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jerleane's Funeral Service (24497 Mary N Smith Rd, Accomac, VA 23301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery (3445 Payne Rd, Pocomoke City, MD 21851).
