He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Candy and Bernice Graver Candy; his wife Janice Townsend Candy; his children, Ray Candy (Molly) of Mt. Helix, CA, Debbie Candy of Berlin, MD and Shirl Cox (Tom) of Steamboat Springs, CO.; his grandchildren, Claire, Alison and Nick; and his siblings, Jim Candy, Walt Candy, Mildred Groff, Jane Coppage, Glen Candy and Clara Jarrell. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your local animal shelter in his name.
