He was predeceased by: his parent Lester Milligan. He is survived by: his parent Pauline Milligan; his wife Dianne Milligan; his children, David Milligan (Karen), Rebecca Sylvia (Brian) and Steven Milligan (Heather); his grandchildren, Brandon, Hunter, Jacob, Annaliese and Morgan; his great grandchildren, Madison, Noah and Chloe; and his sister Lydia Livingston (Doug).
