Mears (Princess Anne, Maryland), born in Jenkins Bridge, Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson D. Mears and Mary Mears (Holland); and his siblings, Wade Mears, Joann Hickman, Mary Grace Jester, Eleanor Jane Lang and David Mears.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Allen Mears; his children, Lisa Muir (Wayne) of Princess Anne, Toni Overholt (Howard) of Pocomoke City, Michael and Greg Mears (Melissa) of Longneck, DE; his adoptive daughter Lauren Mears; his grandchildren, Brittany Mears, Caleb Muir, Tyler Overholt, Amanda Bromley, Michael Mears, Jr., William Overholt, Zachary Muir, Greg Mears, Jr., Virginia Mears and Alyssa Mears; and his brother John Mears, Sr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
