He is survived by: his sons, Steve Mitchell of Princess Anne, MD. and Robert Lee Mitchell, Jr. of Princess Anne, MD.; and his grandchildren, Jason, Megan, Chris and Sara. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
