He is survived by: his mother Ruth Sturgis (Harris) of Princess Anne, MD; his wife Dreena Quillen; his daughter Ashley Quillen of Newport News, VA; his siblings, Patricia Messick (Jeff) and Carlton Huntington (Jeanine) of Princess Anne, MD; his stepsons, Johnnie Eller III and Scott Eller; and his grandchildren, Jaylynn Eller, Jenova Kelley and Jamel Kelley.
