He was predeceased by: his mother Beulah Mae Collins-Jones; and his siblings, Deborah Mann, Tyrone Carter and Eugene Handy. He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Collins, Angela Collins and Paul Collins, Jr. of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Nijel, Aisha, Kiera, Nykeah, Rontez and India; his siblings, Shermaine Carter, James Robert Collins, Anthony Carter (Cassandra), Eric Carter (Quarzna) and Andrew Roberts; his aunts, Rose and Mary Collins; and his friend Delores Collins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
