She is survived by: her nephew Dedrick Ballard of Princess Anne; her brother Michael Ballard (Brenda) of Charlotte, NC; her goddaughter Chatriece Dennis (Jamaal) of Salisbury; her nieces and nephews, Ebony of Salisbury, Amanda Ballard of Salisbury, LaTasha Arthur of Fayetteville, NC, Mi'Cayla Ballard of Charlotte, Terrance Gerald of Charlotte and Zechariah Wood of Charlotte; her aunts, Lucille Jones of Princess Anne and Jennie Chase (Percy) of Princess Anne; and her uncle David Polk (Joyce) of Princess Anne. She is also survived by cousins other relatives and friends.
