With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda C. Phoebus (Princess Anne, Maryland), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on September 24, 2018 at the age of 58. She was predeceased by: her parent Lawrence Albert; and her niece Dawn Mitchell. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Williams Albert; her husband Brian G. Phoebus; her children, Charles Parker, Jr., Eric Parker, Justin Webb (Michaela) and Jessica Phoebus; her brothers, Terry Albert (Jan), Dale Albert (Patsy), Wayne Albert (Liz) and Jay Albert; and her grandchildren, Janelle Parker, Charlie Parker, Brilynn Lankford and Dylan Causey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers.
