He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Anthony Kouneski and Amelia Mattelevitz Kouneski; and his brother Charles Kouneski. He is survived by: his spouse Roseann Krach Kouneski; his sons, Charles "Chuck" Anthony Kouneski (Barbara) of Parkton, MD and Joseph "Joe" John Schwabline, Sr. (Lori) of Glen Burnie; his grandchildren, Cody, Joseph and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Carson, Corbin, Justin and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Ann Myers of Baltimore and Joseph Patrick Kouneski of Baltimore.
