He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Records Sterling; his grandparents, Fred and Mabel Records; and his sisters, Ellen Klempner-Trader and Karen Klempner Benner.
He is survived by: his father Joseph "Barry" Klempner, Sr.; his wife Barbara Sneade Klempner; his daughters, Ashley and Amy Mason; his granddaughter Abby Beach; his nieces, Blair Newell (Will) and Kaitlyn Nibblett; and his close friends, Bo, Teague McShane and Jimmy Hillman. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinman Funeral Home (11673 Somerset Ave, Princess Anne, MD 21853). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joe's memory to Christ Fellowship Bible Church, 5910 Crisfield Hwy, Marion Station, MD 21838.
