With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Claude Bounds (Princess Anne, Maryland), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 7, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Leonard and Dorothy Bounds (Derby); and his significant other Anne Muir Bounds. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Anne Joyeusaz (John) of McLean, VA, Paige Widdowson (Kevin) of Princess Anne, MD, Kara Lee Bounds (Mike Barnes) of Ft. Myers, FL and Susan Outten (Jason) of Sterling, VA; his grandchildren, Margarete Anne Hack, Katherine Muir Hack, Edward John Joyeusaz III, Hannah Widdowson Gallione, Conner Edward Outten, Katie Outten and Elizabeth Outten; his nephew Kurt Pittman; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Muir (Bob Meehan). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
