She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Theodore Dykes and Lorena Virgina Noel; her former husband James Thorp; and her siblings, Wallace, Herman, Robert, Virginia, Ruth and Leila.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her brother Ted Dykes; her granddaughter Michelle Hadder (Jerry); her stepchildren, Cindy Elliott and John Seaton; and her caregivers, Jean Adams and Bonnie Seaton. She is also survived by several cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
