He was predeceased by: his father Paul E Outten. He is survived by: his wife Kay Outten; his daughter Jennifer Outten; his stepmother Millie Parks; his half-sisters, Paula Jarman (Alan) and Jolynn Pruitt (Philip "Nanner"); and his brother Terrance Trey (From).
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Peters United Methodist Church Cemetery.
