He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur; and his wife Alice M. Murray. He is survived by: his parent Lula Murray Jr. (Sullivan); his children, Sharon Harris (Bill), Robert G. Murray (Kathy), Christine L. Preston (Gary) and Timothy W. P. Murray; his grandchildren, Tony, Tim Jr., Katie Mae, Jacob and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Riley Marie, Gavin, Griffin, Tim III, Keegan, Rowan and Dusty Rose.
