It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Kay Cotner of Prince Frederick, Maryland, born in Brunswick, Maine, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Kay Cotner; her siblings, Tracy Rena Voegtli (Thomas Paul), Tera Lee Swann (Craig) and Thomas Nelson Cotner; and her great-nephew Arc. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces.
