He is survived by: his wife Janet Kelly Boatright of Prince Frederick; his daughters, Amy Boatright Garcia of Alexandria, Virginia and Julie Poling of Kensington, Maryland; his stepdaughters, Joelle Long (William) of Mt. Airy, Maryland and Jeanine Paxton (James) of Prince Frederick, Maryland; and his cousin Sylvia Julian of Evansville, Indiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three step grandchildren, five step greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home (11800 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
