With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Louis Short of Prince Frederick, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on January 29, 2022 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Robert and Catherine Beck Short. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Short; his children, Douglas Short (Kelli), Laura King (Mark), Dr. Candace Remcho (Vince) and Heather Martin (David); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Collin Short, Ashley Stinnett, Jacob King, Parks, Nate, Olivia Remcho, Rebecca and Caroline Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Prince Frederick Fire Department or Prince Frederick Rescue Squad.
