She is survived by: her close friend Mary Fink; her daughter Lisa Meyers (Les, Jr.); her grandchildren, Morgan Meyers (Justin), Trent Meyers and Amanda Bearns (Chucky); her great grandchild Charlie Bearns; and her cousin Barbara Ann.
Phyllis loved getting wind therapy and participating in charity poker run fundraisers.
